Handloom SareesEach of our sarees is meticulously handcrafted, making every piece truly one of a kind. Minor variations in color, weave, texture, or finish, including slight thread pulls, are inherent to the handloom and artisanal process. These are not defects, but rather a reflection of the authenticity, craftsmanship, and individuality of each creation.

4 Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Pricing & GSTAll transactions are inclusive of applicable GST. The final price displayed reflects the total amount payable, with no additional taxes charged at checkout.
Payments must be made through approved payment gateways available on our website.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors.
If your payment is declined, we are not responsible for delays or non-processing of your order.

2 Non-Returnable Items

Customized or made-to-order products
Sarees that have been altered (fall / Pico / edging done)
Pre-order items
Minor variations in colour, texture, or design due to the handcrafted nature of the product

3 Handloom Disclaimer

All our sarees (applicable only to handloom sarees) are handwoven by skilled artisans:

Slight irregularities in weave, colour, or design are natural characteristics
These are not considered defects

4 Mandatory Proof for Claims

To process any return or damage claim:

A clear, uninterrupted parcel opening video is mandatory
The issue or damage must be clearly visible in the video
Claims without proper video evidence will not be accepted

5 Return Process

Contact our support team with order details and relevant images or videos
Requests will be reviewed and verified
Approval will be granted only after validation

6 Refund Process

Refunds are generally not applicable, except in rare cases and at the sole discretion of Nandyarvattam
In such eligible cases, refunds will be initiated only after receiving and inspecting the returned product
Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days generally

7 Refund Mode

Refunds will be made to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer
